Hello, if it’s bit garbage day and I have a bunch of garbage I absolutely have to get rid of, can I bring it to the town of oyster bay landfill? Is it free? Thanks!

Why not just leave it out on trash collection day?

They take up to 10 bags of trash / items each pick up I believe. If you're friendly with a neighbor, you can also ask to use their allotment.

Sanitation Collection: 677-5848

See what they say about just showing up for random items. I've only ever done it for electronics disposal. Also, the next homeowner's cleanup day where you just show up is Sunday 10/21 between 830am - 4pm.
