So that's Centereach, Selden, Coram, Middle Island, and Ridge. Pros, cons, similarities, differences, etc?

You can get twice the house and twice the land for half the price and half the tax. It's not like the commute is great from anywhere on Long Island anyway. Might as well have four toilets, and an estate like driveway.

I would, but you'd just dismiss them as your typical LI wasteland because it's not near a beach and high in taxes.

No I wouldn't. Please tell us. To me it seems Iike you get an awfully lot of house out there at a far lower price than we are used to here in NY.

Do all these neighborhoods use the Ronkonkoma station? And can the Ronkonkoma station accommodate the parking demands?

I wouldn't buy anything between Nicholls and Wading River Hollow on 25. But maybe you guys would, you know, bc of the "culture."

True. It doesn't quite have that Strong Island culture like the rest of the island does.
