I have a suspicion the realtor or owner selling a house i’m looking at is racist. I haven’t confirmed yet but i’m getting this vibe. Any thoughts on how to handle this?
i’m not getting straight answers on the house it was available and then when my agent said his name and it was all of a sudden not available. Very hard to describe, I really don’t want to make assumptions but just get this feeling.
If you haven't shown that you are qualified for a mortgage you are wasting everyone's time. No wonder they have stopped dealing with you. Money talks b's walks.
When we sold last year, I made it very clear to my realtor that I wanted all cash or no mortgage contingency with no less than 35% down. Seller could want similar demands to me. I know my realtor brushed off most that didn't meet those requirements. Unless you where a Nazi, I would of sold to you if you had the $$.
Realtors are only racist against people who can't qualify for a mortgage.
Green is the only color that matters here.
Don't pull the race card so quickly.
I agree with the last sentence.
I encountered snobby realtors, never racist ones...esp. with their reputation on the line.
I personally encountered racist sellers. I would say, I am looking at this neighborhood....they would say...that a very "ethnic" area. . I seen sellers said they won't sell this this group of people
