I got the hotel in Long Island, Unfortunately, I only get 3 nights (meaning 3 4 5 September). What does that mean? It means that I will arrive in NYC around 2 am or so on 9/3 and won't be able to be in my hotel at least before noon if I persuade them. Where to hang out? Times Square?
Definitely not in Times Square. Way too much money. Assuming you are flying in? I would call the hotel and explain the circumstances and ask for early arrival. If you arrive at the airport at 2 am, it will be at least be at least 3 hours before you arrive there. Assuming you have to wait for luggage, pick up the car, etc. I am sure that you will be able to get into a room early.
