MAybe Levittown but they have the highest school tax rate on LI if in Ltown schools. Hicksville has gotten expensive they got freaking new construction selling for a 1m now. They also have a very lot tax rate so homes sell for more.

The price is probably right but aint no way the taxes are. And even if they are currently "correct" as listed, it's most likely due to exemptions. Zillow sucks.
