Very sad that it took it this long for this topic to appear here. Cuomo signed off on this in April, started going into place last few weeks of December, and is only appearing here mid January. All of our safety is in jeopardy here. And no one is paying attention.

Seems to be showing the glaring need for mental health facilities , instead of just warehousing ill people in jails
