I don't care about the owner's color or the size of the banner. If a sign says "Trump" I will avoid entering the store.

Things for me weren't always like this. Tried the Atlantic City Taj Mahal buffet a few times and it was good. I'd not set foot in there now (if he hadn't bankrupted the place).

Sad.

So it's settled then.
Conservatives should boycott liberal establishments and liberals boycott conservative establishments.
Screw it. We all can't get along.
I'll never eat ice cream again.
Thanks all for ruining ice cream for me.

While funny, it's actually true today. Wtf has happened? Why can't we have different opinions, yet still get along. This country is really screwed up right now.

Exactly my point. It's all so dumb.
Sadly, I only think it's gonna get worse.

Listen, the president is an ahole, but one person has this power? People are idiots and need to form their own opinions. I blame the president, and these new socialists....errr, I mean liberals for the division. This country was built on compromise, and right now the libs and Republicans just can't compromise on anything. It's their way, or nothing. We have serious problems right now.

We need a real president next term to bring us all together, but based on the candidates, we are doomed. We are looking at a possibility of trump being re elected.

This is why I said earlier it's the height of dumbness to post a divisive political sign in an ice cream store window.

The name "Trump" brings up a slew of negative emotions with more than half the population. This includes anger, sadness, contempt and extreme anxiety about the state of our elections. He's a deeply divisive figure and the emotions are strong.

How does a Trump mention make people feel good about overpaying for ice cream? The smart money encourages old timey feelings and good times. Not a reminder of someone who repulses them.

If you put aside your personal feelings, hopefully you'll see I'm right. People going out for ice cream want to forget about all that.

Internet makes it easier to voice opinions and reach audiences IMO.
