Hi All,

I came from CT, bought a house in TOH last year and filed an appeal for the assessment for 2021(or 2020-2021?). Can anyone provide some insight on when we will know the property taxes for the upcoming tax year?

Thank you for your help!

It’s posted every year November 1st on the Nassau property tax site. This year it’s going to be sticker shock for a lot of people. At least the 5 year phase in passed

Using your SD #, address and lot number you can look up the tax info at the NC website. I would register at the site for updates.
