Hi. I have a faucet that drips, no model # anywhere on the parts. Here are two picture I took of the innards. Anyone know if I can get a replacement? Can't seem to find the exact part online.

Call Moen and they will work with you. You can send them the pictures of the faucet. If the faucet is a Moen they will replace the part for free. At least they did for me.

There a pain in the butt. You need to register the product and be the original purchaser. Without this they don’t always replace it for free. They gave me a hard time when the cartridge failed in my shower. It wasn’t there fault, stupid plumber used the wrong clip. We have a STo moen touchless in the kitchen and love it. Second home we had one in.

Thx for the replies. Strangely, when I Google "moen customer support" my cartridge was the first image!

Ordered it from Amazon, be here on Tuesday.

FWIW, registration of any product is for your own protection. They do them online now and it is fast and easy. Not sure of the downside of registration.

I don't understand these companies that warrantee a product to only the original purchaser. They should be warrantee-ing their product, not the user.

it might depend on who you get on the phone. I called Moen when our shower faucet started leaking badly. I hadn't registered the warranty, and had no idea of the model number. The associate asked me to email a picture of the faucet, and then mailed me a new cartridge for free. When it showed I called again , and a different associate walked me through the repair, step by step.

I think the point was, if you're not the original owner, there's not much you can do after the fact unless every bit of info has been left for you.

Exactly why I said it is simple to do online and saves you a lot of headaches. When you comply with suggested practices generally speaking things are easy. Not the case often if not though.

OP if your not having luck online go to Fergusons and bring the existing cartridge with you if you can or as many pictures that you have, they are usually the best for identifying the correct part. Check their site https://www.fergusonshowrooms.com/page/find-a-location just put your zip in for the nearest location, they're all over the island.

Good Luck..
