I think you're right because a lot of the Cherry places are going to be inundated with too many people. Also I'm sure there's an outflow from New York City to Nassau County but then there's also an outflow from Nassau County to Parts elsewhere. Covid has jobs more transportable, high paying jobs provide the driver for high taxes and high property values. So something has changed
if everyone was moving out of Nassau, why so little inventory on the market, and what ever comes on the market gets scooped up in 2 days to 2 weeks literally
I don’t believe the Nassau rate for one second. I’ve never seen houses selling so fast in my life.
My thought is that United Van Lines does more long distance moving then local, intra county moves. The 81% figure made sense to me when looking at it that way.
