Sorry guys - one more question! Would you recommend putting an "end date" on an offer? Or does that come across as an annoying pressure tactic?

I just don't want my offer to float out there for too long.

Some people do it. I really don't think that it makes that much difference. Are you really willing to walk if they respond a couple of days later then you would like?

The form you make an offer on ( sales agreement form 400/2 97 MLS) states:

"The agreement is contingent upon purchaser and seller obtaining approval of this agreement by their attorney as to all matters contained therein. This continngency shall be deemed waived unless purchaser's or seller's attorney on behalf of their client notifies the broker in writing, of their disapproval of the agreement no later than 3 business days after full execustion hereof. If purchaser's or seller's attorney so notifies, then this agreement shall be deemed canceled, null and void, and all deposits shall be returned in full to the purchaser.

So doesn't that really put this offer at 3 days?
