If you think this is government control, I want to know what you think your entire life has been up to this point? Some kind of rugger frontier-living fantasy?
This is just a public health and safety mandate, a cherry on top of a freaking mountain of government control that has been in effect for the better part of two centuries.
If you got the shot you’ll likely get the booster. But at a certain point key people may spin off on their own and business will need to make do with less people.
Actually most vaxxed people I know want nothing to do with boosters.
They bought into the original premise when told if you get vaxxed it's back to life as usual. Now they know the authorities are making it up as they go. Plus most people don't care about COVID anymore.

If I had gotten 2 shots of something that was originally sold as being 95% effective at completely stopping a virus that has a 99% survival rate...then told I needed to get a 3rd shot because the first 2 weren't good enough... I'd at the very least start to believe I was lied to.

Yup. And that's what's happening with many who believed Dr. Fraudi and rushed to get the vax.
Never mind it's nothing like the height of the pandemic where many had COVID. In daily life you almost never come across someone who had it recently. If the news didn't exist you wouldn't know COVID was a thing anymore as no one cares or talks about it.
While it was always completely useless (since the fully vaccinated routinely get infected and spread covid) the arrival of boosters (not addressed in the map) means it’s not worth the paper it’s not printed on.
