The Town of Oyster Bay is normally outstanding at clearing its streets, but at the last storm, they were abysmal.

Actually, I think the Long Island Towns do a pretty good job clearing the roads. They are set up to clear up the roads fairly quickly even after 12 inches or more. In contrast, there are places down south which are paralyzed after just a couple of inches.
