The article says they passed a law that requires school districts to consider silent alarms!!!! What is the purpose of passing a law that requires a district to "consider". The stupidity of the time wasted is mind boggling. Either make it a requirement or don't bother. A state does not need a "law" to consider anything. Please tell me the article is not accurate as reported.
