Personally I won’t go to city anymore. If I do I’ll take 59th avoid the toll area park over there and Uber it to final destination. I only go in on weekends if we go at all.

Legalization of weed, this toll nonsense is not going to generate the $$ they think it will.
People will Park in non toll areas or just not go into city at all. NYC has Stores selling 420 all over for $40 a 1/8. Once the state starts taxing and regulating it will be $60 maybe more for the same and people will continue to buy from non licensed shops who buy in bulk from mass and other states.

Phone? Look at your tax bill! Received mine a few weeks ago. MTA tax listed on there. Town of Islip, but I’m sure it doesn’t matter what township you live in.
