Here's an idea. Start with the Governors mansion. It has about 9 acres, put some multilevel affordable housing on it.

Good idea, and all state buildings need the thermostat set at 60 in the winter, and 78 in the summer.

The Gov't really needs lead by example here if we are going to save the planet.
