I did init get what I voted for. A lot of people didn’t.
Long Island is mostly red and we still didn’t get what we voted for.
I didn’t want that Ukrainian president we have either. It’s as if voting doesn’t matter.
I’m no go green nut job. But I switched to all electric mower, weed wackier and blower 2 years ago and won’t ever look back.
Until the "grid" goes down or so many people switch to electric THOSE rates start to soar. Check out this link for manual push mowers at Home Depot. "Solar Powered" in that all you need is a sunny disposition to run one. Good for keeping muscles toned and weight loss too! They even have attachable rear baggers for composting cut grass.
AND they'll welcome you with open arms down on the C-D "Self Sufficiency And Preparedness" forum...
^ Thanks but that’s an easy pass. I have a 1/2 acre of land and I’m def not using one of those. Lol.
My neighbor had a 1/2 acre and a small cape with maybe a 10x10 patio. His ego mower does it on one charge. I have a ryobi and a bit smaller lot and have no issues either.

Yes, that’s what I have.
