Is it illegal for people to live, in what is, for all intents and purposes, a purely, a business at a business location...actually, located between a bar and a pizza shop ?
I am also assuming, that these laws and regulations, vary, from county to Town, etc....just needing some direction where to look.
The Town def takes it seriously, watched the inspector serve the summons myself, and in her own polite and professional way chewed my slumlord ass off.funny stuff.....
What if your neighbor rented for a couple of years with an illegal apt. Can you still call the town on them even if they don't have any tenants anymore?
