The Long Island Board of Realtors has recently added a new function to it's web site that allows consumers to look up the actual sold prices of homes.

Great link Tom. glad this info is more easily accessible to the public.

I found it interesting that MLSLI is using Microsoft Live Maps for this function, but they use google maps for the listings..
