I like fences. I don't like neighbors.
As county executive I will soften the fence laws and allow up to 15' of any material around the entire perimeter of your property. Existing setbacks will still apply to corner properties.
My first day in office I will pardon myself and issue a retroactive variance for the fence I am about to build. I plan to construct a 15' concrete block fence(wall) around my entire property this spring. Goodbye neighbors.
