Has anyone ever heard of Members Only Mortgage in Garden city. They offer no fees whatsoever, only fees mandated by the state to union members. Can this be true because we are signing our contract tom, and they are 2k cheaper then the real estates mtge broker? thanks for your help !

I have never heard of them. Just because you are signing your contract tomorrow does not mean that you don't have time to shop around for a mortgage. Take a couple of days and check around with a few places. They may be perfectly legitimate, but there is no need to rush.

What kind of Interest rate are you being offered? My guess is that if the no fees thing is true, its likely due to the fact that they are charging a higher Interest rate than you would get at another place which is charging fees.
