In lindenhurst by west gates ave school there is a big tract of land boarded by houses that is undeveloped. There is a creek running through it. I was wondering who owned this land if its the village,town,or country and if it wa sprivately owned or not.

I looked all over online and could not find the info. ITs something ihave always been curious about and figured somebody here might know.
