Hey, in the immediate locality of the train station, I'm sure, the Crime and the hang-out Element, is very visable, and you don't need a "scorecard" to figure it out.

I had to go back and pull this one up. I got flipped off by this guy at a bank ATM in Port..I turned around and made eye contact with him for a nano-second..I turn back to the ATM, next thing I know, he's behind me giving me the finger. If I didn't know this was his MO and he's harmless, there could have been a problem....
Check Google maps...youll see the little jog that Im talking about.
The reason I bring it up is that theres a pretty big misconception that PJRR is in PJSta.

Johnny Finger is a mildly retarded guy who used to walk around the PJ/PJS area flipping off teenagers who yelled at him from their cars, to the point of being more well known than the Pope. He's the one in Crooks picture...giving you the finger. (it's Johnny FINGER, not FINGERS, Crookhaven. )
It sounds like one is "surrendering" to the BAD situation, when one identifies too closely with the problem, and makes light of it.
