Yeah, define "Low taxes"...here on LI, low taxes=8 grand a year...before STAR program though, heh heh...

East Northport has quite a few homes with low taxes (around $5-$6K)

Make that question, "What villages and hamlets would you nominate as having low taxes but nice houses?", and you've got the correct phrasing.
