This is a great day for the "village" online, "news blogs", and "village newspapers" that are online...things, most of us have NEVER heard of before !
It's going to revitalize them, make them more important to us than...what was the name of that formerly, "major" Long Island newspaper, again....and make them more $$$$$.

Freedom FROM DOLANWORLD, LOVING PEOPLE are going to be reading things, we never heard of before !
For example, it would be nice to see the return of SUFFOLK LIFE...at least online. I'm sure they are going to be thinking about it, at least.
The downside for DOLANWORLD....it's going to further alienate and isolate them...and it's going mean a BACKLASH on their entire holdings....something, the size of that humongous psuedo-Media Monster, doesn't need right now. The only customers they are going be left with, are their politician TOADIES, that have been sucking up to them FOR YEARS !
PEOPLE who ride LIRR are going to scour empty trains for used copies, MORE, from all of the suckers who purchase it, like it's some kind of BIBLE !
SOMEONE monitor the "opening bell" and at least at the end of the day.
OUR DAY OF FREEDOM FROM DOLANWORLD IS NEAR !
TODAY, NEW...WHATEVER THAT NAME IS....TOMORROW CABLEVISION !
