Im less surprised by our shirking law enforcement as I am by the apparent moral flexibilty of our parents.

I do agree the local PD cant be everywhere, but they do seem less equipped to handle these urban QOL issues as time goes by.

What can make them better equipped, other than keeping records of tags and learning who is who, and by increasing patrols and relying on survelliance tapes?

It's a tall order.

I started a post about this a couple of months ago & everyone here said they didn't see it.
I drive 46 miles each way to work & there is NOT a town I haven't seen it in.

It's a tall order.

And an even taller paycheck.
for what were paying these guys...we should be dazzled.

Nonetheless you cant put it all on them.
Schools and parents need to get involved.
(How much do you wanna bet that these are little punk ass wanna be gangsta sideways hat wearin' white kids....pathetic)

Considering the taxes we pay....its outrageous that we look like Corona.
No town is immune.
Shame on us.

You need to nail a couple of kids, treat them harshly, and them maybe the word will get out that it's not worth risking.
