I live in Seaford but I am in the Levittown District. Went to levittown schools, have a levittown library pass, and pay levittown taxes. I was thinking about going to pools this summer and I was wondering if I get a Levittown Pool Pass.
Does anyone know if I would be able to get a Levittown pool pass?
Thank you!

Check your tax bill and see if you pay a "Hempstead - Oyster Bay - Community Hall/Swimming Pool Park District" tax.

For those who may not be familiar with North Wantagh

From your description, I'm guessing that you live in the Hamlet of North Wantagh ("Seaford, NY 11783" mailing address).
For those who may not be familiar with North Wantagh:
North Wantagh is a hamlet (an unincorporated area) in the east section of the Town of Hempstead, in the southeast part of Nassau County, along the Hempstead/Oyster Bay town line.
Beginning on the north and moving in a clockwise direction, the Hamlet of North Wantagh in the Town of Hempstead is bordered on the north by the Hamlet of Levittown; on the east by the Hamlet of North Massapequa in the Town of Oyster Bay (the Hempstead/Oyster Bay town line); on the south by the Hamlet of Seaford and the Hamlet of Wantagh; and, on the west by the Hamlet of North Bellmore.
North Wantagh is one of those many villages and hamlets on Long Island where none of the places in the community have the hamlet name in their mailing address: places in the Hamlet of North Wantagh have a "Wantagh, NY 11793" and "Seaford, NY 11783" mailing address.
For a good set of town-by-town maps showing all the villages and hamlets in each of LI's 13 towns (3 in Nassau County and 10 in Suffolk County): Excellent Long Island Geographic Resource

Walter, you've previously posted that there are places in Levittown with a Seaford address: Community Pool (Found it when I did a quick google for Levittown pools, to see if there was any obvious websites the OP had missed.)
OP: I would contact whoever is in charge of the Levittown pools and ask them how they define the boundaries. Hamlet of Levittown, Levittown postal zone, and Levittown SD are all different. according to that thread, there's somewhere in Levittown to do that.

pretty sure most of the pools are "town" pools. Town of Hempstead, town of Oyster bay etc.
I'm sure you could get in for a day. but you'd have to check with them on season passes etc.
I lived in bellmore, went to the "forest city" pool in wantagh, or the bellmroe one in newbridge rd park.

No, Levittown has a special parks district as well that is only open to residents--I believe Levitt built the pools.

AlexisT, you're correct: a place can have a "Seaford, NY 11783" mailing address and be in the Hamlet of Levittown as well as in the Hamlet of North Wantagh in the Town of Hempstead; and, as well as in the Hamlet of North Massapequa and the Hamlet of Plainedge in the Town of Oyster Bay.
While there are places in the Hamlet of North Wantagh and the Hamlet of Levittown that have a "Seaford, NY 11783 mailing address" that are in the Levittown Union Free School District, as far as I can tell, no part of the Hamlet of Seaford is in the Levittown Union Free School District.
The geographic confusion arises from the fact that Seaford is one of those very many villages and hamlets on Long Island where the majority of the places with a "Seaford, NY 11783" mailing address (3,942 acres) are not in the Hamlet of Seaford (1,758 acres).
I guessed that the OP was in the Hamlet of North Wantagh (Seaford, NY 11783" mailing address) because if the OP was in the Hamlet of Levittown ("Seaford, NY 11783" mailing address) the question of whether or not the OP's property was in the pool district might not have been asked.

Hamlet of Levittown: 4,621 acres
Levittown, NY 11756: 3,815 acres
Levittown Union Free School District: 4,191 acres

Yes, Levitt built the pools that are now part of, what kateb411 pointed out is, the "Hempstead - Oyster Bay - Community Hall/Swimming Pool Park District".
Joint Community Hall and Swimming Pool District: 4,410 acres (not including the 732 acres in the Hamlet of Hicksville in the Town of Oyster Bay).
The part of the Joint Community Hall and Swimming Pool District that is in the Town of Hempstead is coterminous with the Levittown Park District.

qwerd25, while you will not be able to find out if you are in the Joint Community Hall and Swimming Pool District, you can find out in which village or hamlet your house is located, which is often times different from the community named in your house's mailing address, by using the Census Bureau's online address search function.
Among other things, the Census Bureau's online address search function indicates in which community (city, village or CDP) and school district an address is located. (CDP or Census Designated Place is the Census Bureau nomenclature for a hamlet in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.)
