Where to go to ride bikes or walk a dog?

I think they put a ban on rollerblading @ Hecksher State Park.
Seriously though.... I need to know where can I rollerblade in Suffolk....

I bring my dog to Blydenburg all the time. We hang in the dog run for a bit but spend most of our time walking the trails around the lake. VERY nice. (shhh - I do let her off the leash)
