Hi Guys,
I am looking at a few houses in holtsville that is in a specific development. Its seems to be nice and semi-private also as its a little inside from the roads and highways....
This area is to the south of LIE and summerfields, west of N. Oceans ave, and north of Woodside Ave. The main road is Masonic Ave that runs from N. Ocean ave all the way to the end. The area is a little up and down as in hilly but seems very nice.

Any comments are appreciated.

Lived in Holtsville for 30+ years, on the north side of the LIE. No complaints, but don't get to the southside very often, as we use Farmingville PO and shop in Holbrook/Ronkonkoma. There are some very nice newer developments on the southside too.

I second that. I do know the area and have been in it. Nice, houses are in good shape, nothing trashed.

But double check it on a Friday night and Saturday day and night and Sunday. See what goes on. I doubt though you'll find anything bad, but always err on the side of caution.

As for the school district, can't tell you anything about it (if you are looking at the district too).
