Hi.. I have two small tea cup poodles. One is 5# and the other is 7#.
I usually hold them bc they are so small and they like to be held.

I love to take them to do stuff with us on the weekend, however a lot of places you cant take dogs too.

My husband has a 7 yr old son so when we have him on the weekends we like to do stuff with the dogs too. It kills me to leave them home. On sunday we went to the mini golf in bethpage and we were allowed to have the dogs with us. It was cool.

Are there any other places I can take the dogs with us too?

Thanks..

I go there frequently. Great park. However, I have noticed that a lot of people don't pick up after their pets in this park. The park makes it so easy, provides free plastic bags and many waste containers. Shame.

Blydenburg Park in Smithtown has a nice dog run and a lot of walking trails around the lake. (I think you need to get a pass for this time of year though.)

In Patchogue, we have Alive after Five on Main St a few Fridays during the summer. EVERYONE brings their dogs. My dog loves going!!! (we're in walking distance) They have stages with bands, vendors, food and lots of stuff for kids. It starts this weekend.

West Hills County Park has 2 dog parks in it, one for big dogs, which was opened recently, and one for little dogs which was the original one.
