It wouldn't be as bad if they bought me a lobster dinner and an expensive bottle of wine. LOL

Finally got the inside info on why Brookhaven wont let Verizon in. Verizon has agreed to pay Brookhaven a specified amount to come into their town. But Verizon wants verification of where and what the monies will be used for. Brookhaven will not do that & feels that they shouldnt have to verify where the money is going. Basically they want to weasel more money. Sad.

Watch Brookhaven's property values decline because ppl will choose Smithtown or Islip so they can get Fios. They dont call it Crookhaven for nothing. I saw 2 dead deer lying at the side of Route 25 today in Ridge and they still weren't cleaned up by the afternoon.
One deer was missing its head.
10 years from now Brookhaven will still be "dark" while Orient Point and Sagaponack see the "light"...LOL

I doubt that Brookhaven values will decline because of the absence of FiOS.

2 dead deer to be cleaned up in a town the size of Nassau County, with a population only a little smaller than the State of Vermont. Did you phone them in, or did you expect someone else would?
