I did a full dormer on my house went from 1100sq to 2200 sq ft we used Larsen they were mid to higer price. and it was only for a shell there were other issues with the house that we all did not see until the tear down. but they did file and handle all the permits and blue prints. I actually finished everything myself due to all the hidden issues that needed to be done to be to code and safty. I would not knock them but they are more on the expensive side. but they vwere great to deal with.
