Getting a dormer and these are the lowest prices so far.
Please comment on your experience with any of these companies.

Ken- Is there any particular reason (Besides that you work There) people should use Shells Only and tell them you sent us? I guess i'm wondering if we get anything out of it or just you?
Not being argumentative, just curious.

There is a place named "SHells Only?" Creative. I presume that means they put up an unfinished dormer and you complete it?
How much does this sort of thing cost with the permits, drawings and uncompleted work? What size are you looking at and what have you been quoted? |

Shells only is a construction company-soup to nuts. They have a website that explains everything.

Ive referred many people to Shells. I would like to know who actaully hires them. I sometimes never find out until were on the jobsite. |

Dormer King tried to rip me off, big time. Shells only seemed pretty reasonable. The best quote I got was from Nowak Allied for my shell, and they delivered. Very good framer as per the town inspector. I wish I could post a pic of the finished product.
