Also, maybe someone looking for cans or plastics to recycle? There is an old man who lives by me that goes through everyone's garbage and recycling bins to find cans and bottles and then brings them to the foodstore recycle machines to get money. It's crazy what people will do for a few bucks.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's gross, yeah, but I don't think you are in any kind of danger or anything like that.

Hope it stops soon!
HA! Here there more than a few people that go around and do that! We used to put out at least 5 dollars or recycle ourselves!

When I was on LI a guy would come around in a minivan. Its free money.

I always shred important stuff.
Anyway, these were large black bags with a mix of leaves on the bottom, and regular garbage on top.
There was no mistaking it for recyclables.
The regular recycle bandits know the day, and when to begin scavaging.
Very strange. I don't care what anybody says, I'm a little concerned.
Why would someone take my garbage?
Could be researchers. Check around the local universities, yes they do do this.

BTW, people usually say about their neighbors, what they actually put out in the garbage themselves.

Just sayin'.

Hope this returns your peace of mind.

Oh, have you seen any crop circles in the neighborhood lately?

Just askin'.
