No. I know a lot of people who rent and have to go to a laundromat or back home to the 'rents for laundry time. I don't know about Great Neck, but there isn't a law or anything saying that a landlord NEEDS to provide it. It's up to the landlord him/herself to decide if he/she wants to provide it to the tenant.
