This is incredibly nerdy but I get excited when Walter posts the map/info of a place for the first time. I know there are still quite a few no one has mentioned yet!!

No Mt Sinai?

I kind of like Shoreham a little better than Miller Place truth be told.
Shoridge Hills reminds me of the High Cliff/Historic district in Rocky Point, very nice.
Only downside it that Shoreham has really crappy infrastructure and insane taxes.
Schools are a little better though.

Miller Place is nice but lately its spending its school $$ like a drunken sailor too.
(Hmmmmmmmmmm we cant afford Kindergarden and were renting a strip mall for our Admin bldg...Lets put in Astroturf and Lights for football)
WTF?

I do love Sayville.

Shoreham is one of those many villages and hamlets on Long Island where the majority of the places that have the community name in their mailing address are not in the village: places that have a "Shoreham, NY 11786" mailing address that are not in the Village of Shoreham are in the Hamlet of East Shoreham, the Hamlet of Rocky Point and in the Hamlet of Ridge.

LOL Never said I was in the village. Most of "Shoreham" is in the Hamlet of East Shoreham, where we are. Thats why we all say Shoreham. Most people in the village of Shoreham just say Shoreham too lol. I do have the 11786 zip code, and again would love to get out of here as fast as I can LOL
