I just did a check on mlsli.com and found a bunch in bretton woods.Most were in longwood that are on the site but there were some middle country but those only had 2 bedrooms(mls#2242467 and mls#2230774 for example).If I remember correct I think it's 60-70% longwood and the other 30-40% was middle country; but they do have 3 bedroom units and common/maintenance charges are under $500.

Thats a pretty good deal....If he doesent find what hes lookong for near PJ thats a decent plan B.

No problem. Also if you are asking about the Lakes in Setauket( the ones off Old town rd just past Ward Melville).I remember them being very nice inside.I think the prices are a little higher.They are in Three Village district.I actually wired most of the complex for cable when they were going up.It's proximity to everything is great.I think if I remember correct that they are 1-3 bedrooms.
Just looked,low 300's to upper 400's and maintenance is under $350.
