I have this one shady cat on my block who is always having random cars drop by for short intervals of time. Sometimes the same ones come back a week or two later. It can all be innocent stuff, but I was curious to hear from you guys on other things to look for to figure out if there's a dealer on your block.
I had the same situation. I videotaped an evening of what was going on. Cars kept on stopping by all day long, all hours. I called the owner of the house who happens to be an elected official. Who hired a private investigater. They were evicted. I will say I was someone nervous, but have a better quality of life now. If you let it go your neighborhood will be ruined.
