Where Do I Get a Survey? (Hempstead: cost, property, permits)

I cannot find my original survey of my property. Can I get one at the Town of Hempstead?

yes... its a bit of a pain to get and will cost you $25 plus copy fees, but if you go to the town of hempstead building department, and follow the instructions by the people there you should be able to get it assuming it was on file from building permits.
