Put duck tape on all of the whining republicans mouth's.

Without their ego leading to the whining, more positve things could get done much faster.

Biden is behind the study that has led to the President offering tax credits and get this "savings vehicles" to the middle class. What aren't the V.P. and President not getting, we have 9 million people out of work, and they are talking about saving money. How can you save money if you have no income???

The problem is, for as bad as GWB was on some issues, Obama is making him look downright competent.

From Jan. 20, 2001, to Jan. 20, 2009, the debt held by the public grew $3 trillion under Bush—to $6.3 trillion from $3.3 trillion at a time when the national economy grew as well. That's bad...that's not fiscally conservative...but wait...

By comparison, from the day Obama took office last year to the end of the current fiscal year, the debt held by the public will grow by $3.3 trillion. In 20 months, Obama will add as much debt as Bush ran up in eight years.

That is simply not sustainable. Most American families are tightening the belt, and Obama is on a spending spree. His socialist tendencies have shined through, and I'm glad to see many have woken up from the "Hope and Change" slumber they were in last year.

I see you failed spelling in school. It's duct, not duck, you quacker.

Let's not get off the topic, it's what can the President do to help LI. Go back to Maryland and learn how to spell.

I don't have to learn how to spell.
No one's getting off topic either.

I see it's easy pushing your buttons.

Have fun spell checker.

Both parties suck. No difference between them other than one having blue and one having red for their official colors. One is as corrupt as the other.
You could say they are equally corrupt. Equally suck.

The problem is that it is not "free". Either it will be paid for in tax dollars or it will be added to our debt.

You see..none of these programs are free. Cash for clunkers, auto bailouts, useless stimulus packages...they all cost money.

Even the promise of Obamacare is not free. We will have to pay for it through more taxes or more debt.

Nothing in life is free, no matter how well a politician sells it to you.

It all comes down to the mighty dollar.
Everything in this country is somehow related to money. Everything.

That's one way to look at it. The other way is that $8K you got, artificially propped up the price you paid by $8K, and it was $8K less that could have been used to help the homeless, the hungry, the poor, a sick person. The next question you'll be asking is what is he going to do for me next? Let me answer that, he'll raise your taxes. As long as you are okay with that...it's all good.
