I liked a house on Port jefferson station which is in Three village school district. Also I liked a house on stony brook nearer to Nicolls rd which is also on three village school district. Which house I need to prefer to buy.

If the house is in the area with the women's names in Port Jefferson Station, that neighborhood is kept nicely. As for the house closer to Nicolls Rd, there are nice neighborhoods over there, too.

If you need access to Stony Brook University, it might be best to go with the house in Stony Brook.

Both houses are close to grocery stores and major shopping.

Is there anything special that you need to be near?
