Pretty sure that the source (with some adjustments made by timtim?) of those lists is a WikiAnswers type thing - always an unimpeachable source. LOL.

What are some of the best Catholic high schools in new york

To this (highlighted) point, I think most of us can agree.

Apparently this thread is still open... What are the most prominent feeder Catholic or private elementary schools in the north shore Nassau County area for Chaminade, Regis, Sacred Heart, and Kellenberg? Thanks!

Chaminade aint what it used to be. on their website they post all the colleges recent graduates went to and a lot of plain old colleges now days. Really do you need to go to Chaminade to go to SJU or Hofstra.

What Chamindae has in spades is the strongest alumni group in Northeast for a HS. The alumni stick together and will help your career big time. Also you will make friends for life there. They also dont allow bullying and cliques as much as public schools.

It also has a great Catholic Education and a ton of similar education and religion focused families.

For Long Island, maybe. For the whole northeast? Not even remotely true.

take your pick of any of the New England prep schools that produce the folks that run the country. Not to mention the elite Manhattan private schools.

This is isn't even worth discussing.
