Grass Seed (Scott: Home Depot, inspections, Lowes)

Anyone know where I can get a cheap 50 pound bag of grass seed. I dont need to quality stuff (Scott's, etc), just something for temp ground cover. Thanks.

Maybe Lowes or Home Depot? For quick and/or temporary cover, choose rye, not fescue or bluegrass...

Use buckwheat. It's really cheap comes up real fast and reseeds it'self if you deside to keep it for a couple of years. It's pretty too when in bloom.
