I am a big fan of News Ch.12-The East End with Doug Geed. I love when he does a piece on local crafters/shop owners. I like the idea of buying pieces for my home that was locally made, on a small level.

As far as I know there is not a website that lists these local gems. Anyone care to share any of Long Islands hidden gems???

I don't know if this will help you but it lists craft fairs, etc, so maybe there is some information in there on local vendors?
