Just received my registration for my bike, fee is over $42.50 PER YEAR, up from $14 last year.
I have written my senate and assembly and governor expressing my displeasure.
send a message to your representative,
Vote everyone who is IN, OUT this next election, NO MATTER WHO or WHAT party.
Tell everyone, vote the bums out......

Yes. Let's vote out every single politician in office because of $28.50. Clearly that is the most important issue facing people in New York State.
All the registrations have gone up ridiculously and $42.50 for a bike is highway robbery, considering that most riders don't use their bikes year round.
Those who leave, leave, those who wish change, act.
Good luck with that. I've been living here nearly half a century and the only change I see is bad.
I'm sure you'll be able to affect change, though, simply thru sheer force of your will...that and the fact that you're getting the word out on city data.
