Not comparing Arby's to McD's.
I was saying Arby's vs Roys is the same as BK vs McD's
They are each others direct competition. Yin and Yang.
Arby's focuses on sandwiches (if you can call them that), while Roy’s focus is on burgers, so Roy’s is more in league with BK and McD.
Arby's expanded their fare to market fresh and toasted sandwiches, plus some sides you don't see at the burger boys. I don't know how the new sandwiches are, but if they are anything like the "roast beef", I can not see the appeal, as their version of "roast beef" seems like some sort of man-made-conglomeration of quasi-meat-like products extruded from a tube into a "roast beef" mold for easy slicing. It sure doesn't look like Boar's Head roast beef in form, texture and especially in taste.
White Castle is the pinnacle of franchise owned fast food. They use the best quality beef, they sell a unique product and they're open 24 hours EVERY day. If your stomach can't handle it you're a WIMP!

i so hope you meant to put a smiley face and just forgot to do so. if you call WC best quality beef (was it beef, or whooaa something) then you really must venture out and try some new foods

LOL it's not as good as you'll find in (most) decent restaurants or the expensive stuff at the supermarket, but White Castle is the only fast food place that uses 100% Grade A beef in their burgers. Taco Bell, for instance, uses Grade D beef which is just slightly better than the stuff that goes into dog food.
Grade D= lips, hoofs, eyeballs, and buttholes. Ground up with a sliver of actual meat.
I forgot to add the loophole being that they can still call it 100% beef because it all comes from a cow.
