Does anybody actually work there? No.

So 20 minutes to the LIE, then another 10 minutes to exit 58 or 59..on a good day.

That's 30 minutes of extra commuting, easily.

And next week you'll be back saying it's 40 minutes to Melville from Rocky Point. It's at least 40 minutes to the friggn Sag from Rocky Point

during

rush

hour.

ENOUGH with the lies!!

Dman the only one talking about exit 58 is you.

63

and the Billy F is wide open on the North by BNL.

15 min.

That Dman.... is a great point.... So all this time Crooks meant its 20 mins from exit 68 ?.... ok point to be noted.

It takes me 10- 15 mins from exit 62-63 to exit 68 !! This is nasty stuff.

I'm sorry if you live in the boonies and feel compelled to tell everyone what they are missing.

Are you deranged?
And you chose to live there?

Dude splurge for Patchogue or something.

That's great if you work at BNL or Roy Rogers in Shirley, but to anyone who isn't deranged, they calculate commutes not by how far they are to the LIE via the most direct route, but by how far it takes them to get to where they ACTUALLY work. Try it for a fresh perspective on things.

Hey dude, I don't care if you love it more than anything in the whole wide world, just stop friggin lying about how easy the commute is. It's tired, tired, tired. William Floyd to the LIE takes you to exit 68. So, if you don't work there, and you have to work when everyone else works and where they work, you're not going to be getting anywhere in 30 minutes.

Didn't I say 90 before you did?

The same commute would be 90 round trip from where I live, maybe less.
