All that, along with manners should be taught in the home, not in school.
Now to get back on topic, this whole incident sounds like everyday southshore trash in action.

These things sometimes happen ... and they can happen everywhere.
Am I correct to assume that in Midlothian, VA THERE HAS NEVER, EVER BEEN A WINDOW BASHED ONCE IN ITS ENTIRE HISTORY? Is that why you think this is such a big deal you must open a thread about it?

Fair enough. I apologize. I didn't realize how widespread it was.
Residents in Wantagh, Merrick and Bellmore woke up Sunday morning to find their vehicles damaged by what Nassau police described Monday as a "case of youth on a rampage."
Seventh Squad Det. Lt. Howard Sullivan said police are investigating 95 cases of vehicles with damage such as smashed windows, mirrors, taillights and hoods.
Police believe the vandalism occurred between 11 p.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. Sunday. The total damage is estimated at $50,000 to $100,000, Sullivan said.
"We do have some leads," he said, declining to elaborate.
Sullivan said the damage appears to have been done by youths driving along random streets in a dark-colored sport utility vehicle. Most of the damage seems to be on the driver's side of the car, the side the faced the street.
