I agree.

What the Newsday article only mentions is that the school district has a "zero tolerance policy" for cell phones while driving - um hello IT'S AGAINST THE LAW! Not mentioned anywhere in the article.

Sharp kid to think of doing that! And, lives may have been saved because a dumb school bus driver who texts while driving is surely headed for disaster sooner or later.
