I live just across the park La Brea since almost 6 months, but I am in 90038 zip code.

I love this area! Don't want to move... My husband works in the Variety Building, he is walking there.
And all our friends love this area too. We have a lot of good neighboors, we know everybody in there.
Like in anywhere else in the world, we have to watch. I am home all day so I can take a look.

So 90036 is Park La Brea?

Yeah, it's THE jewish area, there is the Israel ambassy just there. We can walk to Beverly Hills, but I don't think you love to walk, because, well, you are american

The Grove, just there too.

The 90036 area code is heavily urban with 82% renters. About 70% Anglo & 10% Asian; it is heavily Jewish. It is fairly expensive w/ average income $71,000 w/ 35% families [so it is mostly single people]. A section of LA called Hancock Park is in 90036 zip code & is considered very expensive. But also Park La Brea\ Farmer's Market\ Fairfax\ mid-Wilshire districts are more middle-income. Some good art museums and the La Brea tar pit\ dinosaur museum. Crime stats are relatively low. It is near West Hollywood\ Beverly Hills.
Corrected my earlier post where I wrote 90065 twice instead of 90036! I meant 90036. Sorry for the confusion!
